GunCer Ceramic Grease is a white gun grease with a ceramic additive, made for lubricating and protecting the high-load parts of rifles and shotguns. It works from -50°C to +150°C and is particularly good on screw-in choke threads.
What it's for
- Breech guide rails, rollers, detents, locking lugs and hinge pins
- Screw-in choke threads on shotguns, so the choke does not seize and can be unscrewed easily
- Screwed and pinned connections that need assembling with a grease
- Reducing friction and wear and protecting treated parts from corrosion
How to use
- Clean the parts thoroughly first. A gun parts cleaner is the easiest way to do it.
- Apply the grease sparingly to the clean parts.
- Spread it with the dosing tip or a small brush.
Over time the grease gives up the oil it contains, which keeps the parts lubricated for longer. On a choke thread it also stops soot getting into the thread.
Good to know
- Temperature range -50°C to +150°C
- Contains no silicone or PTFE, and is resin and acid-free
- Neutral towards plastic, paint, wood, bluing and browning
- White and odourless, and adheres well without getting sticky or gumming up
- The ceramic additive keeps parts running if lubrication runs low
- Available in 10g and 70g
- For a thinner film on rails and bolts, use GunCer Ceramic Oil
