An Unlikely '80s Inspiration The "aha!" moment came from an unexpected place: my childhood in the 1980s. A local bus service used to hand out these promotional rubber "Pac-Man" style coin holders. You simply squeezed the edges to pop them open and stash your loose change. That brilliant, simple mechanism sparked the exact inspiration I needed to create a pellet tin holder that functioned the same way.
